By making a purchase, customers agree to receive invitations to review and rate their orders, which may be sent via email or other provided contact methods.

6. Refund Policy

After the artwork has been delivered, refunds are not possible, including in cases of dissatisfaction with customization.

7. Copyright

All artworks created by the website are the intellectual property of the artist.

The customer acquires only the right to use the purchased artwork for their Steam profile or personal use.

Reproduction, sale, or distribution of the artworks without the express authorization of the artist is prohibited.

The website is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
